What is a University Record?

An official University Record has two (2) key components:

  1. It is recorded information regardless of format (paper, video, photographs, websites, files, posters, etc.)
  2. It is evidence of business activity at the University

The Archives seeks to preserve the memory of our institution through recorded information.
