NOTICE: June 12th will be the last day for borrowing equipment until the Fall Semester. To avoid charges or blocks to your account, make sure all equipment is returned by the due date. 

NOTICE: Check availability before requesting equipment. All borrowers must fill the borrowing form before proceeding to the library.

All patrons are required to fill out the below User's Agreement and Release of Liability form prior to borrowing digital media equipment.

• Always keep the equipment safe, do not leave it unattended.
• Always use the carrying case when transporting equipment.
