NOTICE:

Things have changed since October 1st, 2025.  To borrow equipment, you must place a Hold on Digital Media Equipment.

• You will receive an email when the equipment is ready to collect.
• Collection times will be morning (8:00 am - 11:00 am) & evening (5:00 pm - 9:00 pm)

If you need help with placing a hold, please view this Guide, or ask a member of our staff for assistance.

Safety Tips

• Always keep the equipment safe, do not leave it unattended.
• Always use the carrying case when transporting equipment.
• The following replacement costs will be charged for lost or damaged items.
