Borrowing Digital Media Equipment

NOTICE: June 27th, 2024 will be the last day to borrow equipment for this semester.  To avoid charges, all equipment MUST be returned before closing on July 4th, 2024  

 

All patrons are required to fill out the below User's Agreement and Release of Liability form prior to borrowing digital media equipment.

  • Always keep the equipment safe, do not leave it unattended.
  • Always use the carrying case when transporting equipment.
